The gorge of Neda is located southern to Ancient Olympia, between the prefectures of Ilia and Messinia. The river of Neda initiates from the forge and ends up at the spectacular waterfalls. The area is ideal for walking through the narrow paths that are designed with signs so that everybody can find the way to the finish line. Usually you will need approximately 7 hours to walk all the way to the end of the path. Be careful because there are certain parts of the path that are quite difficult as you will have to walk through the river while in some other parts you will even have to swim. You should also not forget to visit the beautiful medieval castle.
